Jo Ann works as an Enrolled Agent in her tax preparation business.  She and her husband, Mike, also run Bishop Pack Outfitters out of beautiful North Lake in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.  Jo Ann is responsible for setting agendas and compiling minutes for the board meetings.  She is also responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping of all financial transactions of the District.
